
Craig Davison, Managing Director
Craig Davison has been Managing Director of Gordon and Gotch since September 2005. Prior to Gordon and Gotch, Craig held Manager Director positions in the Security, Recruitment and Logistics sectors, where he drove and managed change programs across a wide range of industries, including FMCG, distribution, retailing and logistics.
His wealth of experience in leading complex, time sensitive service businesses has succeeded in financial optimisation, acquisition and divestment in Australia, the United states and United Kingdom.
Craig"s role as Managing Director at Gordon and Gotch is to develop business through building on current activities and introducing new strategies to grow the company.
Craig has qualifications in Marketing and Management and is a member of Australian Institute of Management.
Elton Passini, Head of Retail
Elton Passini has been leading the Retail Division of Gordon and Gotch since 2008 and is a member of the XchangeIT Board.
With solid experience in Change Management Elton has successfully implemented a number of changes since joining Gordon and Gotch. These include the consolidation of customer service, a new quicker and easier to use web portal to retailers (New Gotch Connect) and the use of Best Practice within the Key Account Channel.
Prior to 2008 Elton held various roles in the Financial Services and FMCG industries where he acquired solid experience in Corporate Finance (Enterprise Valuation, Mergers & Acquisitions and Brand Valuation), project management, Marketing and Retail.
Elton is responsible for the Retailer Web Portal (Gotch Connect), Allocations, Retail Data Management, Returns, Customer Service, Key Accounts, Newsagent Channel Management and Merchandising.
Elton has qualifications in Civil Engineering and Management.

Gabriel Ladikos, National Sales Manager
Gabriel joined Gordon and Gotch in 1990. He had a wealth of experience working in the allocations department, before moving to Client Services in 1995. In 2000 he took the role of Client Relationship and Business Development Manager, overseeing the US portfolio, Partworks, key domestic accounts, new business and export, and subsequently moved into the role of Client Services Manager.
Gabriel has become a well known and highly respected face in the industry and in his current role as National Sales Manager is continuing to drive results for our wide portfolio of clients.
Vicki Day, Commercial & Administration Manager (Client Services)
As Commercial & Administration Manager, Vicky has worked closely with clients across both domestic and international sectors.
Since Vicki started with Gordon and Gotch in 1990, she quickly progressed to Client Services Manager with international responsibilities and has been a driving force for many changes implemented throughout the company over the years.
Vicki’s role is now overseeing the commercial aspects of Client Services, continuing to work closely with the team and clients. Vicki’s many years of experience with a wide variety of clients and issues provides invaluable skills and expertise across a diverse range of projects.
Vicki holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing.

Genevieve Burke, Client Service Manager
Genevieve joined Gordon and Gotch in 2001 as part of the Client Services team and has since completed studies in Business (Marketing) and Frontline Management.
Genevieve’s eight years experience across all Gordon and Gotch portfolios (UK, US, Partworks and Domestic) has given her a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of publishing and the Australian magazine marketplace.
In Genevieve's current role of Client Services Manager, she is responsible for managing Gordon and Gotch's Client Services team and publisher clients.

Dan Raison, Client Service Manager
Dan Raison’s role as Client Services Manager is to drive sales and develop opportunities for key publisher clients, working with a dedicated team of account managers.
He first joined Gordon and Gotch in 1997 and has held various positions in the Client Services department, managing a variety of domestic and overseas publisher clients.
Dan has qualifications in Marketing and Management.

Poppy Stamateas, Business Process Improvement Manager
Poppy Stamateas is currently the Process Improvement Manager for both Gordon and Gotch and Scribo.
She is responsible for providing a process improvement advisory and implementation service, resulting in improved efficiency, simplicity and transparency of business processes.
Since joining Gordon and Gotch in 1997, Poppy has worked across a number of departments, giving her extensive knowledge and experience in various areas of the business.
Poppy has a university degree in Mathematics, with a double major in Statistics and Operations Research.
