Client Services Team



Chris Acosta, Client Services Manager

Chris joined GGA in 2012 heading up the management of the International Import and Partworks business. 
Prior to this Chris worked for a major UK Distributor managing key magazine publishing clients. Since joining GGA Chris has been instrumental in the renewal of major contracts as well as the implementation of GGA’s brand new allocation and reporting system. Chris’ role encompasses a wide variety of deliverables for the business through a large team of Managers and Assistants. 
Chris has a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies & Marketing and won Employee Of The Year in 2012 which resulted in an all expenses paid trip to the Caribbean Island of Mustique.




Steve Bissett, Client Relationship Manager

Steve Bissett has over 15 years experience in the magazine industry, working as a Publisher representative before joining GGA in 2006 as part of the Client Services team. 
Working on both domestic and overseas publications, Steve has a very strong knowledge base across all facets of the magazine distribution business.



Juliet Bundalian, Account Coordinator

Juliet Bundalian joined Gordon and Gotch in 2001 working in Commercial Services. 
In 2012 Juliet moved to Client Services as Administrator, mainly handling UK titles and Partworks invoicing. Having gained 11 years experience in International portfolio, has been a constant support to the team and contributed to the smooth flow of operation in Client Services Department.
Juliet has a Diploma in Business Administration.



Courtney Carr, Key Account Coordinator

Courtney Carr joined Gordon and Gotch in February 2011 as a Customer Service Consultant in the National Contact Centre. From January 2014 she held the position of Team Leader, National Contact Centre. 
In June 2015 Courtney was appointed Key Account Coordinator and brings extensive customer service experience as well as marketing and management knowledge gained from her previous roles as an Executive Assistant.
Courtney has a Diploma in Business and Secretarial studies.



Karen Carmont, Client Relationship Manager

Karen Carmont joined Gordon and Gotch in 2000. 
With an extensive background in Customer Service, Karen commenced with Gordon and Gotch in our Client Services Team where she managed various publisher accounts.  In 2003 Karen moved across to lead our Retail Services Team.  In this role Karen successfully implemented a number of initiatives within the Key Retail Account Channel.  Karen is responsible for GGA’s US portfolio.
Karen has qualifications in Hospitality Management, Marketing and Design.



Leo Chui, Account Coordinator

Leo Chui joined Gordon and Gotch in May 2010 in the role of Account Coordinator. 
He works across the international UK/US air freight and US sea freight titles for invoicing and the setup new titles in JDE. His detailed knowledge of the portfolio is highly impressive and he provides his team with daily support and insight. 
He has a bachelor degree in BSc Computer Science.



Chris Davis, Account Coordinator

Chris Davis joined the Gordon and Gotch team in 2010 and has since hit the ground running in establishing himself as a valued member of the Client Services Team.
Chris’ autonomous nature and keen eye for details have enabled him to develop a solid foundation to build his career on and to approach new challenges with sound confidence. Prior to Gordon and Gotch, Chris held positions in retail services where he honed his customer service and communication skills and this experience is proving invaluable in forging fruitful relationships with both clients and co-workers.



Vicki Day, Commercial and Administration Manager

As Commercial & Administration Manager, Vicky has worked closely with clients across both domestic and international sectors.
Since Vicki started with Gordon and Gotch in 1990, she quickly progressed to Client Services Manager with international responsibilities and has been a driving force for many changes implemented throughout the company over the years.
Vicki’s role is now overseeing the commercial aspects of Client Services, continuing to work closely with the team and clients. Vicki’s many years of experience with a wide variety of clients and issues provides invaluable skills and expertise across a diverse range of projects.
Vicki holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing.



Lucy Duan, Account Coordinator

Lucy Duan joined Gordon and Gotch in September 2006 and she is currently in the role of Account Coordinator. 
Lucy’s keen eye for detail, knowledge of computer programs and invoicing make her role a key support role to the team. Her functions include the set up and maintenance of titles in JDE, invoice coordinator, creator and distributor of all weekly account related reports as well as other support ad hoc tasks as required. 
Lucy’s Qualifications include; Master of Computer Studies, Certificate IV of Database Administration and Certificate IV of Accounting.



Gorica Kuljanin, Account Manager

Gorica joined Gordon and Gotch in November 2015. 
She brings to GGA deep experience gained from roles in the Marketing and Events management industries. She has particular strengths in customer /client relationship management and project planning and implementation. 
Gorica is committed to ensuring outstanding results are delivered for her clients and her enthusiasm, eye for detail and can do attitude are an asset to the business. 
Gorica has a Degree in Business Management/International Management.



Suzanne O’Sullivan, Client Relationship Manager

Suzanne O’Sullivan joined GGA in 1998, having studied within the School of Business at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).  She has over 12 years experience in magazine distribution and print, having worked with our parent company PMP Print throughout 2005.
Suzanne has worked with major UK publishers/distributors, large domestic publishers as well as the entire US portfolio. 
Suzanne is responsible for delivering superior client support through on-time reporting, vast industry experience and advanced analytical skills.



Oksana Trevitt, Account Executive

Oksana Trevitt joined the Gordon and Gotch Australia team in January 2015 and is currently working on the domestic portfolio within Client Services.
With a results driven attitude and ability to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment Oksana works well within the GGA team setting. Oksana enjoys the timeline driven processes and exceeding the expectations of clients making sure they receive the high level of service Gordon and Gotch has always been known for. 
Oksana brings 8 years of customer service, sales, marketing and campaign management experience to Gordon and Gotch and has a Degree in International Economics and Finance.



Katie Owens, Key Accounts Administration Assistant

Katie Owens started at Gordon and Gotch in 2000 as PA to the MD. She held this role for four years then moved into the Key Accounts Department as an Administration Assistant.
In this role she has capitalised on her experience gained whilst working for 6 years for a major Advertising Agency across a wide range of activities including, pitches, account management and highly detailed planning. 
Katie has a Diploma in Business and Secretarial studies.



Yogini Patel, Account Manager

Yogini Patel joined GGA in August 2012 as part of the international client services team, managing key UK publishers. . 
Yogini has an excellent understanding of the magazine market and brings 4 years experience from her previous role as Senior Publishing Account Manager managing key publishers with New Zealand’s leading magazine distribution company, Gordon & Gotch (NZ) Ltd. . 
Prior to re-joining Gordon & Gotch NZ, Yogini was in the UK for several years, working in the competitive and fast pace media sales industry. This role encompassed managing both agency and client relationships, as well as selling across multiple media platforms including online, data, publications and experiential marketing. 



Jeni Rangi, Account Coordinator

Jeni Rangi joined Gordon & Gotch in Aug 2009. Jeni is a results driven professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, budget management and tourism.
Jeni is adept at client liaison from the coalface to the boardroom and currently manages a portfolio of Australian publishers as well as working on the Partworks portfolio.




Rowan St Clair, Key Accounts Manager

Rowan St Clair was appointed Key Account Manager in May 2015 after holding the Key Account Coordinator position since August 2013 in a supporting role across publisher and retail accounts.
Rowan has previous experience of digital sales and also worked as an Account Manager at News Limited, working across a portfolio of successful magazines. As such he brings to the role a deep knowledge on production, reporting, client servicing, sales and marketing.
Rowan has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing - Sports and Entertainment Management.
