Craig Davison, Managing Director
Craig Davison has been Managing Director of Gordon and Gotch since September 2005. Prior to Gordon and Gotch, Craig held Managing Director positions in the Security, Recruitment and Logistics sectors, where he drove and managed change programs across a wide range of industries, including FMCG, distribution, retailing and logistics.
His wealth of experience in leading complex, time sensitive service businesses has succeeded in financial optimisation, acquisition and divestment in Australia, the United states and United Kingdom.
Craig’s role as Managing Director at Gordon and Gotch is to develop business through building on current activities and introducing new strategies to grow the company.
Craig has qualifications in Marketing and Management and is a member of Australian Institute of Management and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Craig is a Non Executive Director of the Heart Research Institute.
Katie Ashford, Head of Marketing, Digital and Online
Katie Ashford BA (Hons), MA, joined Gordon and Gotch in September 2009 and currently heads up all GGA’s marketing, digital and online activities.
Prior to Gordon and Gotch, Katie has worked in a variety of Marketing Director roles on above-the-line, below-the-line and online campaigns in the UK, US, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. She has a deep understanding of continuity magazine publishing, direct marketing, NPD, licensing and ecommerce. She has a unique perspective at the leading edge of Australasia’s digital magazine market.
Postgraduate qualifications include a Masters in International Marketing from Kingston Business School and a Diploma in e-marketing from the Direct Marketing Association (UK).
Kathryn Joseph, Finance and Commercial Manager
Kathryn Joseph is the Finance and Commercial Manager for the Gordon and Gotch Australia group. She is responsible for the financial and commercial operations, across Gordon and Gotch, Treeet.com.au and The Scribo Group including Brumby Books and Music.
Kathryn joined GGA in 2001 as financial accounting manager in 2003 became Financial Controller and in 2006 she was promoted to Financial and Commercial manager. Kathryn has been instrumental in the turnaround at GGA over the past ten years through solid leadership and her hands on approach. Her foresight and strength of character have seen her develop a strong team around her.
Prior to joining GGA, she held positions in various chartered accounting firms. Kathryn holds a bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting) an MBA from Macquarie and is a Member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia.

Chris Thomas, National Distribution Services Manager
Chris Thomas is currently the National Distribution Services Manager for Gordon and Gotch and has been in the role since 1998.
He began his career at Gordon and Gotch in 1975 and has worked across various Departments gaining experience in IT, Warehouse Operations, Returns Processing, Logistics and Distribution. He has also managed OHS and Industrial Relations across the Gordon and Gotch warehouse sites.
