Our Customer Service department’s prime purpose is to assist with retailer queries. With Customer Service Team offices in five states that currently service all of Australia, each team has expert local knowledge to assist our retailers with their queries.
The Customer Service team engages in proactive calls with retailers to enquire about their current status, to offer any general assistance or to sell in product for specific promotions.
